Born in Casas de Lázaro, a small town in Albacete, he is the last vestige of the “Los Rosa” saga of weavers. He is fourth generation Rosa, a surname easily recognized in the world of textile crafts in the province, region and many parts of Spain since 90% of its production is regional costumes, focusing on the skirt or petticoat. His specialty is reproducing old garments that he also combines with his own creations mixing different weaving systems to make unique garments. As a curiosity, the emblem his hometown, that dates from century XIV, shows a shuttle in the center. This means that Casas de Lázaro was already a town with a lot of textile tradition, that century after century and to this day, Los Rosa keep it practically intact.
