2025 XTANT Leadership Program

Awaken the Leader Within | May 1st - 7th, 2025

"The mind is not a vessel that needs filling, but wood that needs igniting." – Plutarch

We are living in a time of extraordinary technological acceleration, yet true leadership remains scarce. The world is at a crossroads, and as Gandhi and many before him have shown us, we must awaken the leader within and become the change we wish to see. Leadership today is not about authority—it is about vision, responsibility, and action. This program is a call to those who feel the urgency of our times and are ready to prepare, to lead, and to shape a future of balance, care, and renewal.

A transformative experience inspired by the holistic philosophy of Rabindranath Tagore’s Shantiniketan school, the XTANT Leadership Program brings together our core pillars—consciousness, beauty, craftsmanship, time, and community—to equip participants with the tools to lead meaningful change.

Why Join?

In a world yearning for care and balance, this program invites changemakers, leaders, and visionaries to co-create a new paradigm of sustainability and renewal. It’s a rare opportunity to reimagine the future by weaving together the wisdom of craft traditions and the potential of regenerative and technological practices.

What Awaits You:

Global Perspectives: Learn from a curated group of international experts in heritage preservation, joyful activism, regenerative design, and sustainable practices. Past contributors include Dr. Vandana Shiva, Satish Kumar, and Li Edelkoort.

Hands-On Learning: Engage in intimate workshops, debates, and activities that challenge conventional ideas, inspire innovative thinking, and honor the meditative practice of craftsmanship—such as weaving, mending, natural dyeing, and basketry.

Networking Opportunities: Build a global network of like-minded creatives and leaders who often become lifelong collaborators and friends.

Future-Forward Themes: Explore cultural appropriation, open-source systems, circular economies, and the balance between the Metaverse and Mesaverse.

Long-Term Vision: Develop strategies to envision and build 100-year legacies of renewal, grounded in the wisdom of craft and a commitment to intergenerational thinking.

Why Now?

The digital age offers both disruption and opportunity. From AI to regenerative design, XTANT equips leaders to navigate these shifts with a foundation rooted in craft values: quality, human-centric thinking, intergenerational wisdom, and the pursuit of beauty. Together, we’ll explore how leadership can shape a sustainable future for our Earth.
