A Nuno Silk universe by Laurine Malengreau

€150.00

‘‘My inspiration originates from the organic world, in the instinctive dialogue between my fingers and the raw materials. It echoes the feathers of birds or the singular movement of elements…..Working with colors is, for me, an inner vibration and an endless initiation.’’

Tracing its origins to felting techniques from central Asia, Nuno silk is a light, translucent, non-woven fabric that is felted together from a mix of wool and silk.

In Laurine’s workshop participants will be guided through the process of felting their own piece of Nuno Silk to their liking.

All materials needed will be provided for during the workshop.

No prior experience is required.

The workshop will roughly take around three hours.
