Alberto Diaz is the creator of Made in Slow and Las Hidalgas. His training
was never aimed at the fashion sector, however its dynamism and creativity, added to the admiration for his father, a textile industrialist, pushed him to make it a way of life.
In 2015, the collaboration in a film project about Transhumance in Spain, showed him the fragility of a traditional activity where his destiny was found. βThe Made in Slow project reminds me of my origins, my identity, an education marked by the importance of people, their stories and the environment where they develop. Working with a clear sustainability criteria, social economy and giving visibility to activities that preserve our environment makes me dream of a better future for the fashion sector.β
