Alejandra and Maria Isabel Bordoy Bennàsar are the sister duo behind ABA ART LAB, a contemporary art exhibition, curator and production company from Palma de Mallorca. ABA ART LAB has its own exhibition space and gallery called ABA ART LAB Project Room. Together they have curated some of the most important collections of contemporary art for private clients, companies and luxury brands, specializing in site specific art.
ABA represents a large community of contemporary artists, both international and culturally diverse. They present contemporary works produced with sensitivity and humility. The selected materials and concepts represent an exquisite contemporary interpretation of the essence and light of Mallorca and the Mediterranean area through sculptures, paintings, photographs, murals and artistic installations, always in tune with this Mediterranean area and the people, culture and materials who inhabit it. Their vision is essentially Mediterranean, pure, timeless, minimalist, sustainable, conceptual and cosmopolitan.
